Recently, I got a MIDI Keyboard Controller for MIDI music composition.
searched danawa(Korean eBay stuff) for a cheap and practical controller, and found Nektar Impact GX49 for almost 95 USD (Sep 2022)
It took 3 days for delivery from Feb 2.
Box contains product itself, owner manual, USB Standard Type-B to Type-A cable, Bitwig 8-Track license key.
It doesn’t have a MIDI OUT port so it can be used only via USB, with no sound-out capability.
to use this keyboard, DAW is essential on a PC.
It has a full-sized 49-key. touch pressure is not bad.
on the left side of the keyboard, It has a Pitch/Mod Wheel, Octave/Transpose, DAW Control Button, and Volume Knob.
can be adjusted to -3 ~ +4 Octave, -12 ~ +12 Key Transpose. and can reset via pressing both Up + Down buttons.
The setup button is used to send MIDI commands or set up Keyboard itself.
It’s a Standard MIDI Controller, with no singular point. so you can use it for another purpose. (e.g. game controller)
